HEARTLAND 101 Series

Offered twice a month on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., guests will enjoy an informative evening with demonstrations by Chef Scott of five themed dishes—inspired by Markethouse's farm-to-table philosophy celebrating the flavors of America's heartland—along with tips, recipes and generous tastings of each dish paired with cocktails or beer.

Held in the restaurant, each class is $35 per person and limited to 40 guests. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 312.224.2200. Following is the Heartland 101 Chef Series schedule:
